Shannon Kazmerowski

About Shannon

KYP Adviser

From a young age, Shannon became acutely aware of and intrigued by the various dynamics between the members of her large extended family. Those early experiences sparked her interest in the formation of interpersonal relationships, what makes them work, and why they are so important in our development.

Shannon’s study of corporate and organizational communication, as well as her experience with professional and team development, has led to her success in a career comprised of people-centric roles. Those roles have included, among others, Director of Client Services and Program Manager for a large remote workforce. From the very start, Shannon has made a positive impact on others through partnership, mentorship, and coaching. She now helps KYP clients determine how to do the same.

Other Interests:

Shannon has an authentic interest in everyone’s story and enjoys getting to know new people. She rarely says no to the opportunity to spend time with close friends and family and is typically the first to agree to a last-minute gathering. She is a proud military spouse and, in her downtime, loves nothing more than spending time on the back porch with her two dogs and taking in the beauty of the outdoors.
