Julie and the Know You Project were such a big help for me! As a twenty-something with just one post-college graduation job under my belt, I felt stuck when it was time to step into something new and fresh with my career. Not knowing which direction in which to head, I met with Julie in hopes of guidance and a new sense of understanding of my career goals. I felt so lost in figuring out next steps out of a job I was unhappy in.  Morgan created a personalized plan with our sessions that helped me to discover the attributes and culture I needed in a future job. The Know You Project helped me find myself and showed me what I can do. I learned about several career options that fit my personality and strengths. Working with Julie opened my mind to new things and avenues I didn’t originally think would be good options for me. The assessments didn’t just help me figure out what I want to do for my career, they also helped me with my relationship with my fiancé and understanding his perspective on things. Until I met Julie and found out about the Know You Project, it was like walking work life in the best way possible. Now after getting to know myself, qualities, weakenesses and strengths has taken me to a new level. Decision making process makes much more sense and I feel I am really walking towards my goals with clear vision.
There are always ways to get to know yourself, but talking to Julie as a friend and expert makes this program absolutely rewarding. I am always recommending this to everyone at work and my inner circle, good things are always worth sharing with everyone. Family time, work environment and time with friends is more enjoyable now. This has given me  reassurance and higher confidence in myself, take advantage of this and see the results for yourself.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Know You Project and the services they provide. After graduating from college, I was unsure how and where to start the job search process. I had been out of school for almost a year when I first met Julie. I came to Know You Project exhausted and overwhelmed. Two years into my career, I was already disillusioned with where I had landed. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to continue using my degrees. Working with Julie, I was able to work through my interests, strengths, and goals. After each session, I felt like she completely understood how I was feeling and helped me clarify what I was looking for. She
