Intentional, professional career counseling through major career and personal life changes.
About Our Career Counseling Services
You are more than a title.
The Know You Project takes an unconventional, personalized, deep dive into uncovering all that you are and how that best correlates with your occupational or upcoming life transitions. Our life-long career counseling is a ‘checkpoint’ for any stage of your professional or personal path.
Beginning with a foundation of Knowing Yourself, our unique process will provide self-awareness, clarity, and understanding on how to live out your short and long term goals. Our consultants partner with you to walk through life’s triumphs and challenges with intentionality and authenticity.
By starting with our established KYP Discovery Process, you will gain an in-depth understanding of your natural skills, interests, strengths, passions, etc.
From there, our career counseling on-going consultations allow for foundations of understanding, paired with practical application, accountability, encouragement, and support. Together, you will be able to navigate planned and unplanned life changes, while your career coach continually takes into consideration who you are, in combination with your specific goals and desired outcomes
These intentional sessions can be set up once a week, to once a quarter, to once a year. The purpose is to consistently be thoughtful and proactive in your approach to your personal and professional work.
