Our Process

A workshop lends itself to reaching a greater number of people and potentially reducing the time to gain a basic understanding.

Our workshops can range from four total sessions to a one-time event, depending on your desire and availability. They are discussion-based and involve active participation. Individual, personalized sessions can be scheduled outside of the workshop if the participant desires a more in-depth experience with the material.
